Bank of Shorewood has three very competitive CDs available: Their 13-month CD is yielding 4.18% APY, their 25-month CD is yielding 4.30% APY, and their 38-month CD is yielding 4.70% APY. These CDs all have a minimum of $1000, and all of them are available as IRA CDs.
Bank of Shorewood has three locations, all near Joliet: Elwood, Plainfield, and Shorewood.
