Parkway Bank has a number of good CD rates:

  • 14-month CD: 4.08% APY
  • 24-month CD: 4.15% APY
  • 30-month CD: 4.35% APY
  • 36-month CD: 4.25% APY
  • 42-month CD: 4.25% APY
  • 48-month CD: 4.50% APY
  • 60-month CD: 4.75% APY

These CDs all have a minimum of $1000. On the 14- and 30-month CDs, there is a maximum of $50,000 on transfers from existing CDs and other accounts at Parkway Bank.

5.65% 7-month CD at NASA FCU

NASA Federal Credit Union is offering a 7-month CD at the fantastic rate of 5.65% APY. The great thing about this deal is that anyone can join NASA FCU by also joining the NASA Space Society for $20. The downside for Chicagoians is there’s no branch of NASA FCU in the Chicago area. However, the CD can be opened online or by calling 888-627-2328, ext. 203.
